PR and Event Planner

 

Responsibilities:

I managed the brand image as well as the campaign and events evolution.

I coordinated different teams with which I had worked on various projects.

I wrote press releases, articles and newsletters  to announce new products, services or conferences.

I participated in community events.

I administered campaign budgets.

I established and maintained contacts with media representatives and sponsors.

Other responsibilities, for me as a person include:
- creativity, diplomacy and good organizational skills
- flexibility and empathy to my collaborators needs.

I am enthusiastic and always passionate about my occupation and this what best recommends me on this activity.

Accomplishments:
I have created and developed various training courses “Presentation skills”, “Leadership”, “Time management”, “Conflict management”. I have organized or contributed at organizing the following events:

  1. “The Harvest Celebration” festival in Săcele, a project based on European funds, 15-16 October 2011
  2. “The Harvest Celebration” press conference at Ramada Hotel- speakers Mayor of Săcele Radu Nistor and Dana Rîşnoveanu, Head of European Integration Department, 13 October  2011
  3. Tennis tournament “EximBank Tennis Trophy” – An event with tradition in tennis, with participants from various countries. It takes place annually at the Sports Club Dinamo Brasov, 2011
  4. “EximBank Tennis Trophy” conference – speakers George Cosac (director of Sports Club Dinamo), Dan Nicolae (supervisor referee),  Dragoş Crăciun (president of sports committee), Oana Nuţă (Pr & Marketing Director at EximBank), Adrian Gabor (deputy), Mădălin Mihaiu (Marfin Bank Sales Manager) and Ana-Maria Muntianu (Marketing director at Delcar)
  5.  Workshop “What does Google want from our blog” – trainer Vali Petcu (Zoso), 2011
  6.  ”Trasalpina conference” – speakers Vali Porcisteanu (leader at the National Rally Championship) Şerban Constatin (owner of the “Prin Romania” project), ALexandru Trofim (blogger “Bloghita”,designer and new media specialist) and Ovidiu Eftimie (journalist and author on the “Daily Cotcodac” blog), 2011
  7.  ”#Transalpina” – A premier project in Romania in collaboration with Alexandru Trofim, 2011
  8. Workshop “Everything about New Media” – trainer Vali Petcu (Zoso), 2011
  9.  ”THE 2010 New Year’s Eve” – took place at the Lord of Lands headquarters, 2010
  10.  Workshop “Anger Management” – organized while working at Brumm Consult, trainer Cristina Manole, 2010
  11.  I was part of the organizing team of various weddings, 2009
  12. “A world without violence” – project in collaboration with Transilvania University, 2008
  13. “Hawaiian New Year’s Eve” – which took place at the Aquatic Paradise, 2007
